Donata came to the United States as a teenager from Lithuania. Since then, she learned English, got her law degree, and founded her own business. In addition to being a licensed attorney and president of Termageddon, Donata is also an ABA Representative to the United Nations Economic and Social Council, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a member of the American Bar Association’s Science and Technology Council, and a member of the ABA’s Cybersecurity Legal Task Force, Co-Chair of Program Committee, and Co-Chair of the Privacy, Security and Emerging Technology Division. She is has spoken at many different events and on dozens of podcasts about data privacy, entrepreneurship, small business ownership, and -- as a consumer -- how you can protect your privacy while navigating today's digital world.
