I help women, teenagers, and young adults find peace and freedom from depression, negative thoughts and unhealthy emotions.

Debra is an engaging speaker, best-selling author, workshop and retreat leader, as well as The Mental Wellness Coach. She is passionate about championing mental health and Christian faith. (A Tony Robbins/Chloe Madanes certified coach) She skillfully addresses challenging topics such as anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, the inner critic, and spiritual growth by blending academic knowledge with personal insights that resonate deeply with both secular and non-secular audiences. Debra is known for the "three R’s" – Real, Raw, and Relatable – and she has shared the stage with renowned figures such as Jack Canfield, the co-creator of the #1 NY Times Bestseller Chicken Soup for the Soul®, and James Malinchak from ABC’s Secret Millionaire. Her book, speeches, courses, retreats, workshops, and coaching sessions are intentionally curated to dismantle negative thoughts and limiting beliefs associated with mental health challenges while providing tools and tangible strategies for healing, growth, resilience, and peace. After being a stay-at-home mom for years, Debra faced the painful experience of a blindside divorce. She unapologetically shares her emotional rollercoaster of successes and failures, both personally and professionally, intending to inspire and encourage others. Her goal is to help people learn from her experiences and mistakes, and thus help prevent unhealthy cyclical patterns from being passed from one generation to the next.
