Grant McCracken is the founder and CEO of DarkHorse Security - an innovative startup that’s on a mission to make the world more secure, by making it easier to become secure for businesses of all sizes and natures. He’s been in cybersecurity for over 13 years, both as an ethical hacker, as well as an executive at overseeing all aspects of service delivery, including penetration testing, bug bounties, and more. In his free time, Grant enjoys making and playing music, writing, reading, learning, breaking things, building things, hiking, trail running with his dog, and skiing when there’s snow.

Grant believes cybersecurity is essential because "it touches everyone. It touches everything... Our meetings are digital. Our human interactions are digital. Where we get our news is digital. It's all digital."
Grant says skiing matters "when there's snow, especially on a powder day," but notes it doesn't matter in the macro sense.
Grant sees artificial intelligence as important "in a lot of different constructs," especially for "what vulnerabilities are getting introduced into the wild."
