Schaan is a retired police lieutenant, professor of criminal justice, and author of the Ordered book series, including Ordered Liberty — God’s Design for Freedom and Ordered Justice — Righteousness, Not Relativism. With over two decades of frontline experience in law enforcement—including patrol, investigations, and executive leadership—he brings a rare combination of street-level insight and academic scholarship to today’s most pressing cultural and constitutional issues.
