Love without Luggage

I am a survivor of program boarding schools; Ivy Ridge Academy and the first student and staff trainer to Horizon Academy, then sent back to staff at Horizon Academy right after graduation after I survived; sex trafficking, rape, physical abuse, psychological abuse, whistleblower retaliation, stalking, and systemic discrimination. Trauma has been woven through every chapter of my life. And yet, I discovered something rare: I was able to process and heal without developing the chronic mental health crises so many predicted for me. Not because my trauma was less — but because, in the deepest moments of pain, I began building practices that carried me through. These are the practices that became the Mystic Persona Trauma Recovery Framework — a living system I now use to help women and teens interrupt trauma loops, stabilize their nervous systems, and rebuild identity after loss. This isn’t theory. It’s lived. It works because I have lived it. My mission is clear: to bring these tools into the hands of as many women and children as possible. To ensure no survivor feels broken beyond repair, and to show that healing is not only possible — it can be mapped, practiced, and sustained. I partner with nonprofits and organizations to expand their impact, offering a survivor-led, trauma-informed system that complements existing programs while giving clients practical, accessible tools for day-to-day recovery. Together, we can create spaces where survivors don’t just survive — they reclaim their wholeness.
