I’m Katy, an autistic woman with a Master’s in Social Work and 10 years’ experience as a therapist. I grew up in rural Appalachia and still call it home, so I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate neurodivergence in places where resources and understanding are scarce. After a decade in clinical practice, I shifted into coaching because neurodivergent adults don’t always need treatment — they need support, tools, and community. My work blends lived autistic experience, trauma-informed training, and ICF-accredited neurodiversity coaching. I’m blunt, practical, sometimes hilarious, and my real goal is helping ND adults move toward self-acceptance and build lives that feel like theirs.
