Jolene Puffer is a real estate broker, entrepreneur, and CEO who seamlessly blends high performance with whole-person wellness. An Ironman finisher and lifelong athlete, Jolene brings the same discipline, resilience, and strategic mindset to business that carried her across the finish line of one of the world’s most demanding endurance races. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and has built multiple successful businesses spanning wellness, fitness, corporate consulting, and real estate. As the founder and CEO of JP Real Estate, Jolene leads with a people-first philosophy—believing that strong bodies, clear minds, and courageous leadership create better agents, better negotiations, and better outcomes for clients. Jolene is also the author of How Big Is Your Brave, a book centered on courage, growth, and choosing bold action in life and business. A devoted mother of two incredible children, she lives what she teaches—balancing family, adventure, and entrepreneurship while keeping her wellness dreams alive.
