I help podcasts sound better by being the kind of guest who thinks fast, tells great stories, and turns a chat into a genuinely engaging conversation — not a framework sales pitch! I’m an award-winning live and virtual host based in London, known for conversations that are playful, quick-witted, and unexpectedly thoughtful. Most of my work involves getting people talking in interactive environments where there’s no script to hide behind and no time to overthink. My background spans acting, teaching, presenting, comedy writing, facilitation, and building a creative business that designs and hosts interactive games and experiences for corporate teams. I’ve hosted hundreds of live and virtual events, which means I spend a lot of time reading rooms, managing energy, rescuing awkward moments, and observing how humans really behave when they’re put on the spot. Along the way I’ve crewed at large-scale Tony Robbins events (often dropped into breakout rooms to fix tech and steady nerves), volunteered in the Calais Jungle, lived with a tribe in the Malaysian jungle, survived a company crisis in China, accidentally judged a professional beauty contest there, and played underwater hockey (Octopush)! All of which has given me a slightly unusual but very practical perspective on pressure, performance, group dynamics, and people. I’m creatively mischievous, lightly provocative, well-read, fond of quick banter and low-stakes dad jokes, and very comfortable holding my own in thoughtful debate...while keeping conversations warm, human, and entertaining. I’m always happy to collaborate with hosts on episode ideas so feel free to get in touch and we can put our heads together to make something fantastic!
