Heather Zimmerman is a leadership consultant, Master Certified Life Coach, and Energy Healing Practitioner with a master’s in applied behavior analysis and a bachelor's in psychology. She runs a consulting firm and spiritual business — Divine Ascension Co — serving both business leaders and the spiritual community. She helps overwhelmed executives and business owners recenter their mission and transform their team culture through horizontal partnership, a model that replaces outdated hierarchy with behavioral psychology, mutual respect, and real-world leadership experience built over 20+ years managing teams in high-stakes environments. She guides empaths and highly sensitive people through awakening using her Self-Spirit Method™ and various energetic healing modalities.
