John Jennings is the Co-Founder of PlayIQ, an AI-powered football technology company focused on helping coaches save time, prepare more efficiently, and get more out of their weekly workflow. Before building PlayIQ, John played college football and served in the United States Marine Corps, where he became a Sergeant and infantry squad leader. Those experiences shaped his perspective on leadership, preparation, teamwork, and performing under pressure. Today, he is focused on the intersection of football, artificial intelligence, sports technology, and entrepreneurship. Through PlayIQ, John is working to bring modern AI tools into a profession where coaches still spend countless hours every week manually breaking down film, building scouting reports, managing playbooks, and preparing for opponents. He enjoys conversations around the future of AI in sports, how technology can help smaller coaching staffs do more with less, leadership lessons from football and the military, and the realities of building a sports-tech company from the ground up.
