Seubert leads Guildara, a nationwide platform where families find and register for kids' extracurricular activities, and heads The Village Project, the 501(c)(3) that funds scholarships through it. Guildara is the first and only platform of its kind connecting families to providers while offering built-in scholarships. Here's what makes it unusual: the scholarship check is built into the signup form itself. A family under financial strain fills out a short application, and if they qualify the aid arrives as a confidential discount on the registration. The child is never identified as the one on scholarship, and the provider never has to fundraise or administer any of it. That's produced over 2,500 scholarships since 2023. On the funding side, donations carry no overhead or salary deductions, donors can direct their contributions down to a specific city, category, or individual program, and they receive monthly reports on exactly how the money was spent. Guildara is launching nationally this fall with a campaign featuring Howie Mandel, built around getting more kids active.
