I taught Kundalini Yoga for 18 years, and then left that organization. My ex and I started the "Crystal Light Center" in Southern California in the late 1980s, where we taught classes on Healing through the Color Rays, Vision Circles, LIfeforce Yoga, and more! I wrote my first book, "White Buffalo and the Rainbow Warrior", which I was proud to discover, had been recommended by the North American Indian Council. I was put on hold with my teaching for a 20 year cycle of profound initiations and growth, only recently being urged to move out into the world with my new realizations and inner growth. My course, "Your Hero's Journey- a 90 Day Odyssey to the Fulfillment of Your "Impossible" Dream" gives women the experiences and mindset need to fully align with their heart's deepest dream so that its manifestation becomes the next natural step. No more "trying", no more struggle! My own passion is to touch hearts and minds around the world with the message of bringing forth abundance, joy and healing from the Divine that you are!
