I'm Parinaz! Originally from Denver, CO I am living in Oregon now, serving men and women through spiritual healing and mentorship. I've studied Tantra Meditation and Somatic Healing Yoga for years alongside mentors and am now sharing these tools with others. In addition to these practical tools, I offer perspective and insight to my clients so they can break through whatever area of life has them feeling stagnant and blocked. The purpose of this work is to help individuals transform into a more free, calm, and whole version of themselves.
