A Multi-Book Author & His Characters Overcome Life’s Greatest Hurdles: From addiction to trauma to depression to cancer Topics: my journey, my characters’ journeys, the spiritual writer My name is David E. Feldman, and I am the author of 8 books of my own, including my 6-book Dora Ellison Mystery Series, my standalone “literary” novel The Neighborhood, which focuses on racism, and dozens I have ghostwritten for others. Along the way I have overcome drug addiction, depression, spinal problems that were heading for paralysis, 2 hip replacements, intestinal resection with colostomy and cancer, all with God's and my doctors' help. On some level, ALL of my stories are about love, transcendence, and hope. I am currently on a podcast tour talking about both my 6-book Dora Ellison Mystery Series and my standalone novels The Neighborhood and Percival. I’ve been on many podcasts, and we always have a terrific time talking about all sorts of topics. I try to skew my talks to what is best for you and your patrons. I often discuss issues that are foundational for all of us, as they relate to my life, my characters and stories, and to your audience. My books often touch on the issues of the day, from bigotry to gender issues to the lives of people with special needs. I also love talking about God. If you prefer, I can stick to the mysteries themselves. I always defer to you, the librarian or the podcast host, to decide what is best for your audience. Through the art of storytelling, I hope to inspire people to transcend health challenges, fear, depression and trauma while entertaining and engaging with readers. Thanks so much! I look forward to connecting soon.
