I’m a first-time novelist and founding partner at Parallax Research - a marketing research company that helped Fortune 500 clients refine communication strategies. I earned a BA (cum laude) and MA from Concordia University (Montreal) where I benefitted from FCAR and SSHRC fellowships in addition to being awarded the Everett C. Hughes medal for sociology and anthropology. I also spent eight years at Concordia lecturing part-time. I studied and worked in film animation while I acquired a DEC in French literature at André-Laurendeau College. I live in what used to be a dairy farm tucked away somewhere in Eastern Ontario where I indulge my passion for writing about how lives—for better or worse—used to be lived.
