Lisa Gralnek is Managing Director of iF Design USA and Global Head of Sustainability & Impact, where she works at the intersection of design, business strategy, and leadership. With more than 25 years of experience spanning BCG, adidas, Walmart, Chobani, and moo.com, she has led strategy, marketing, operations, and transformation initiatives for global organizations. A driving force behind initiatives that connect design, innovation, and business impact, Lisa also helped launch the iF DESIGN ACADEMY, a global education platform equipping experienced design professionals with the leadership, business, and future-focused skills needed to navigate an increasingly complex world. Lisa hosts the Future of XYZ interview series, exploring the people and ideas shaping the future of business, design, technology, and sustainability. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Bates College.
