I'm Mehdi, 33, and currently live in Toronto, Canada. I'm a writer who focuses on books for personal development, spiritual enlightenment, and healing. I help create a space for people the help them find the healer in themselves. When it comes to sobriety coaching, it's about separating the addict from the sober. It is absolutely possible to heal from addiction so that our vices no longer have an attraction to us. I, myself, am six and a half years sober. It comes from doing the inner-work and applying what we've learned into our daily life so we can continue to evolve as human beings.
