At the heart of my mission is a simple, yet profound goal: to ensure that no woman ever feels the way I did—lost, powerless, or unseen.

I'm Dr. Anastasiya Ovechkin, and my life’s work is deeply rooted in my personal journey of survival and healing. From the age of 10, I suffered from debilitating migraines, endometriosis, and the overwhelming weight of anxiety and depression. For nearly a decade, I endured a cycle of misdiagnoses, self-advocacy, and unimaginable trauma, including sexual assault and multiple suicide attempts. These experiences shaped not just who I am today, but also the core of my philosophy in the work I do as an osteopath, wellness coach, and women’s health advocate. My practice is built on the belief that women’s health, particularly when it comes to chronic pain, gynecological disorders, and mental health, is often misunderstood and marginalized in mainstream medicine. I also delve into the intricacies of women's health—discussing migraines, endo/adeno/PCOS hormonal imbalances, pelvic pain, and the challenges of navigating obstetric care. For those struggling with burnout, chronic stress, or the emotional toll of constantly being in ‘fight or flight’ mode, I provide strategies to help regulate the nervous system and bring more balance into their lives. In sharing my story, my insights, and the lessons I’ve learned, I hope to connect with listeners on a deep level, offering them hope, guidance, and the tools to take control of their own health and well-being. Together, we can break the silence, challenge the norms, and create a new paradigm for women’s health—one that is compassionate, holistic, and empowering.
