I enjoy viewing life as if I am the witness and I view everything happening to me, around me and within me as a spectator - making sense of life through this detached sense allows me to experience life both within and outside of this body and mind. It is with this lens that I write my poetry about all the lessons I have learned or realized in life from a state of witness consciousness
