Mark Doughty has been a Leadership and Organsation Development professional for over 30 years. He has had the privilege of working with some of the world’s eminent global brands. However, from 2017 until 2022 he was a stay at home dad before returning the cut and thrust of the world of professional services, working for one of the big four namely KPMG, where he led the Leadership & OD Team supporting Consulting & Technology, delivering learning solutions to a team of over 6,500 consultants responsible for large-scale transformations and driving £1.5bn in revenue. Mark left KPMG earlier this year to embark on a new career journey, researching the impact of leadership and writing a book on 'Kindness in Leadership.' He believes kindness is not a soft skill but a tough and deliberate choice. No other leadership trait has a greater impact on individual, team, and organisational performance, as well as customer outcomes.
