But life had more adventures in store for me, and in 2019, I packed my bags and headed to Texas to dive into the world of assisted living. Without a medical background, I teamed up with an experienced Assisted Living Director, and together, we birthed Platinum Assisted Living, a true game-changer in the industry. Our 16-bed luxury residence consistently generates an impressive $40,000 in monthly net income. This new method I created melts together the small personal Residential Assisted Living while having the level of care the big box facilities Now I teach others how to create what I made!
