I’m a Gestalt trained psychotherapist in my own private practice for over 12 years, with over 20 years in the mental health field. I’ve also started a puppet project called monster insight, which has been covered on New York one and on Brooklyn 12. I have a book in development which takes a look at anxiety from a different angle. I’ve also taught a course called “the poetics of therapy,” through the New York poetry society.
