My name is Joe Ricupero, I'm 27 year old and living in New York. After suffering a workplace injury 2 years ago I've decided to use my voice to better help more people. I've spent the better part of the last year diving into research and practices related to back pain, anti inflammatory diet, alternative medicine and chronic pain relief. I have an acute interest in politics, sports and current affairs as well as being a film student.
