Cathy says books matter: "just holding that knowledge in my hands. I love books."
For Cathy, storytelling "matters because it connects us on a deeper level" and "shares wisdom and helps us connect on a really deep level."
Cathy says laughter "matters because it's our defense mechanism against stress" and "it's the built-in mechanism...we just start laughing because it's a release."
Cathy says sadness matters: "It's important to have all the feels...We have those emotions for a reason."
Cathy says mental health matters: "it's part of our wellness package" and "it's not just...a mental health crisis."
Cathy says travel is "important because it helps us to get out of our little bubble" and made her "independent, confident, innovative."
Cathy says Artificial intelligence "absolutely matters because it's gonna help move us forward as society," but stresses "we do need to have boundaries around AI just like we do with our screen time."

I've seen a dog walk into a room and everyone immediately lights up.
AI needs some kind of limits around it, same way we talk about too much screen time.
Mental health isn't just about crisis. Good mental health is something you actually have.
Thirteen months traveling made me actually confident in myself for the first time.
I think AI needs guardrails, the same way we already know we need limits on screen time.
Mental health isn't just crisis mode — good mental health is part of the package too.
