Arthor L. Faber is a graduate of Oral Roberts University, holding a doctorate in strategic leadership and a master’s in Christian ministry. He is the founder and proprietor of Telos Christian Life and Leadership Coaching, an organization dedicated to nurturing the development of future leaders in both established and grassroots corporations. Telos helps innovative individuals launch new businesses grounded in Christian values and influence. Previously, Mr. Faber was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Business Enterprises in Long Island, New York. Since 1997, he has provided over 500,000 native Long Islanders with urban hair care and beauty supplies. Currently, he serves as the founder and pastor of Restoration Christian Fellowship Church in Aquebogue, NY, a role he has held since 2014. Mr. Faber is happily married to Nicole and is a proud father of six adult children and grandfather to five grandchildren. In addition to his new Christian radio show, Restoration Radio, he feels called by God to mentor the next generation of leaders within the Christian faith. His upcoming book, "Effective: Seven Keys for Christian Leadership Success," will soon be used in various leadership training programs and community college curricula.
