Hello, I am Hela and I am a mother, wife and a nature lover. I am an avid reader which inspires me to write and talk about life, society and our interaction with nature. My talks and writing never complete without ending it with a life lesson, what can we learn from this. How aware are we of ourselves? I have written about some simple yet relevant matters in a thought provoking manner and I wish to share my work with you. I would love to have a chance to speak in a podcast as a guest. It would be an honour to share my thought. Here is an example of a short piece that I wrote and talk about. Ofcourse this can be elaborate but it is a small exemplification of my thoughts and work. Life. The strongest force on earth is life itself. The lush forests, delicate flowers, singing birds, towering mountains, blue skies, and vast oceans, are the remarkable forces that shape our planet. Entering the forest is a moment of inspiration, calmness and balance. You witness equilibrium. Everything is in balance. The power of wind is just enough give a gentle nudge to the Wild Geranimum, to the grass and to the daffodils. The power of wind is just enough to revive one by delivering the invigorating aroma of earth and pine trees. The power of wind is just enough to sweep the forest leaves but leave the ants untouched. As one looks down to see two ants transporting food, they observe team work. This awe- inspiring moment is heightened by the melody of the nightingale in the background. The chit-chat between a male and female stonechat. The story telling of the blackcap, the mimicry of the song thrush and the whistles and trills of the greenfinch. The forest is alive, the wind acting as a messenger to deliver aroma and the birds singing in a band of orchestra created by nature. There is music and dance but not pre orchestrated or practiced. All created naturally and spontaneously. Being present in a calming, less chaotic and non synthetic world, the brain thanks us for the calmness and serenity it was begging us for. It is taken far away from the hustle and bustle of the digital world, media posts, scrolling and the unnatural things. We take a deep breath and realise what a fantastic earth we have.
