Dalton Dvorak is a Montana-born entrepreneur and law enforcement officer who’s built a career on turning real-world experience into real business results. Raised by a mechanic and a police department employee in Billings, he skipped college, got married young, and went straight to work—building businesses instead of résumés. Today, Dalton runs Precision Highway Contractors, the family-owned infrastructure company he took over and expanded. He’s the founder of PCG, a graphics and branding shop, and part-owner of H&T Arms, a firearms and coatings business rooted in military innovation. He also helped build a full-scale cannabis cultivation operation and successfully founded multiple dispensaries, guiding them from concept to market in one of the most heavily regulated industries in the country. Most recently, he was brought in to relaunch National Non Skid, a coatings company hit hard by the pandemic—and he’s leading its return with the same relentless focus that’s driven all his ventures. Dalton still serves as a deputy sheriff in his hometown, a role that keeps him grounded in community and service. Whether he’s talking construction, retail, branding, compliance, or crisis leadership, Dalton brings a rare combination of blue-collar toughness, business instinct, and get-it-done execution.
