I am a licensed mental health professional with a wide variety of knowledge and experience.

I am a 26 y.o wife and dog mom. I am a licensed professional counselor in Tennessee. I have over 6 years of experience in the mental health field. I have a passion to help all, but especially those struggling with behavioral issues and trauma. I understands the importance of getting ahead of behavioral issues in children and adolescents before they face legal consequences. I understand the importance of counseling following trauma. I could go on and on about the research backing the need for counseling in trauma. Behavioral issues are often rooted with some sort of trauma. I love helping others find their confidence, safety and mental health baseline.
