Hello, Melissa here! My weight loss journey began 10-years-ago when I stepped on the scale and decided it was time to make a change. Thankfully I found a community in WW and was able to lose 60lbs and reach my goal weight within a year. Since then, I have gone through countless ups and downs but have been able to successfully maintain my loss. Because I find community so important to my success, I wanted to share my story with the hope of inspiring others at any stage of their journey.
