I help people build real confidence by learning how to set boundaries, tell the truth, and trust themselves again.

I’m a licensed clinical counselor, coach, and host of the Own It! Powercast, and for over two decades I’ve helped people stop abandoning themselves and start showing up with more clarity, confidence, and honesty — especially in their relationships. A big part of my work is teaching practical skills around communication, assertiveness, and connection. I help people learn how to say what they mean without over-explaining, people-pleasing, or shutting down. That includes setting boundaries without guilt, expressing needs clearly, staying grounded in difficult conversations, and learning how to stay connected to yourself even when others are uncomfortable or disappointed. I’m also the creator of Find Your Voice, a six-month coaching immersion designed to help people break long-standing patterns of self-abandonment, emotional avoidance, and fear-based communication. My approach is trauma-informed, plain-spoken, and deeply practical — focused on helping people build real self-trust and healthier relationships, not perform or “get it right.” People often say my style feels warm, validating, and empowering. I bring insight, honesty, and real-life tools into the conversation — the kind listeners can take with them and use right away. At the core of everything I do is one simple goal: helping people reconnect with themselves so real connection with others becomes possible. When your insides match your outsides, everything changes.
