Execution-driven pharmaceutical leader with over 33 years of experience across India, Nepal and African markets. My journey began with limited resources and significant personal responsibilities at a young age, which shaped my belief that consistent effort, integrity, and learning can transform even the most difficult circumstances. Professionally, I have led sales and marketing functions, managed P&L responsibilities, and contributed to international business expansion in highly competitive environments. My core strengths lie in strategic planning, brand building, team development, and navigating complex regulatory and market dynamics, particularly in emerging markets. I take pride not just in achieving business results, but in building teams and systems that sustain performance over time. At this stage of my life, I am consciously transitioning toward roles that allow me to share knowledge and create broader value. I am currently pursuing a PhD focused on marketing practices in pharmaceutical companies, alongside leadership and independent director certifications. My goal is to move into academia, advisory, and board-level roles where I can contribute to developing future leaders and guiding organizations with experience-backed insight. I am also working on reviving Joyce Healthcare as a lean, service-oriented platform focused on consulting. Beyond my professional journey, I am deeply driven by values of perseverance, responsibility, and contribution. I have already writte a book "The Man who waited for No Sunrise", inspired by life experiences, on survival, adaptation, and service. This is an effort part of my internal desire to give back, especially to those navigating uncertainty and rebuilding their paths. What drives me today is simple yet profound: to remain useful, to keep learning, and to contribute in ways that create stability, dignity, and growth for others.
