Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Sorry, we don't accept cash, check, or money order at this time.
What are your shipping rates?
All orders ship expedited for free within the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to arrive. * Shipment arrival times do not include weekends & holidays.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we now ship internationally. All international orders ship expedited for $20. Please allow 7-21 days for your shipment to arrive, based on shipment destination. * Shipments to some international destinations will potentially experience delays in being processed through customs and/or require payment of import taxes.
What is the process time for each order?
Orders placed Monday through Friday are normally processed the following business day.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email once your order has shipped that will also include your tracking number.
What are your return and exchange policies?
We are happy to help at any time, but unless the product(s) ordered were incorrectly processed, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. In some cases, if an order has not yet been fulfilled, we can make changes or adjustments.
My tracking info shows as "delivered" but I don't have the package, what should I do?
Please contact your local carrier to see if the package has been left for you, or is being held at the local carrier's facility. Please email orders@mattersbrand.com if you haven't been able to locate your package.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
The mail carriers are liable for any lost or damaged shipments.
What if my product is defective or damaged in any way?

Are Matters products water proof, water resistant or neither?
Please know that our wearable products are only intended to be slightly water resistant.
