What are your return and exchange policies?

We are happy to help at any time, but unless the product(s) ordered were incorrectly processed, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. In some cases, if an order has not yet been fulfilled, we can look to make changes or adjustments.

My tracking info shows as "delivered" but I don't have the package, what should I do?

Please contact your local carrier to see if the package has been left for you, or is being held at the local carrier's facility. Please email if you haven't been able to locate your package.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

The mail carriers are liable for any lost or damaged shipments.
