I have been in the social work field for 25 years. During that time I have spent over ten years in clinical therapy practice and fifteen in medical social work including ten in hospice care. I currently specialize in trauma therapy, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and complex grief. I am an EMDRIA-certified therapist and consultant and am trained in Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy for OCD. I have nearly 28 years of recovery from addiction and enjoy writing, playing music, and engaging with nature. I have owned my own private practice, Covered Bridge Counseling, in the St. Louis area since 2019.
