Cathy believes [dog]s matter because "they are unconditional love" and "you take a dog anywhere and everyone lights up."
Cathy says [laughter] "matters because it's our defense mechanism against stress" and "it's the built-in mechanism...we just start laughing because it's a release."
Cathy says [mental health] matters: "it's part of our wellness package" and "it's not just...a mental health crisis."
Cathy says [sadness] matters: "It's important to have all the feels...We have those emotions for a reason."
For Cathy, [storytelling] "matters because it connects us on a deeper level" and "shares wisdom and helps us connect on a really deep level."
Cathy says [travel] is "important because it helps us to get out of our little bubble" and made her "independent, confident, innovative."
Cathy Nesbitt is a Health and Wellness Advocate dedicated to promoting joy and vitality through laughter and energy techniques.
