With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Georgia, her research focused on building leadership capacity in diverse school communities—especially those serving high populations of English learners, immigrants, and Hispanic/Latino students. Lauren is currently an elementary school principal, but has worked with all age groups.
