Andrew is an award-winning educator, speaker, and community builder who thrives at the intersection of education, workforce, and opportunity. As Associate Director of STEM Outreach at KC STEM Alliance, he works to connect students, educators, and industry partners to create real-world pathways into high-demand careers. Andrew didn’t start his career in STEM—and that’s exactly why he’s so passionate about it. His journey fuels his belief that access, exposure, and the right relationships can open doors for any student. That perspective shows up in everything he does, from designing impactful student experiences to supporting educators and building cross-sector partnerships.
