Christopher Wise is a Navy SWCC veteran, licensed attorney, and founder of Wise Capital LLC — a property management and technology company that acquires and operates Class C multifamily apartments across the Midwest using in-house AI and predictive maintenance software — and Wise & Associates Family Law, an award-winning firm in Louisville and Nashville. He is the creator of ForVue (forvue.io), a property intelligence platform built on aerospace-grade Weibull failure analysis that predicts appliance failures before they happen.
