Christopher Wise is a Navy SWCC veteran, licensed attorney, and founder of Wise Capital LLC — a property management and technology company that acquires and operates Class C multifamily apartments across the Midwest using in-house AI and predictive maintenance software — and Wise & Associates Family Law, an award-winning firm in Louisville and Nashville. He is the creator of ForVue (forvue.io), a property intelligence platform built on aerospace-grade Weibull failure analysis that predicts appliance failures before they happen. ForVue is now available to external operators, public housing authorities, banks, and insurance carriers at $2.50/unit/month. Chris also owns a Wise Capital Advisory business that acts as a consultant, helping real estate operators access government-backed capital that most professionals have never heard of. Prior to building Wise Capital, Chris served as a Special Warfare Combatant Crewman (SWCC) in the United States Navy from 2008–2014, completing multiple overseas deployments with Naval Special Warfare Command. He holds a J.D. from Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star four consecutive years (2023–2026). Chris has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, Entrepreneur, Business Insider, TechBullion, and Louisville Business First, among many others.
