I am a writer. I write every day, I publish as often as I can, and I like to explore both the craft of writing and the borders where genres cross over one another. I am a supporter of all human art, vehemently anti genAI, and believe that creativity is a muscle that gets stronger the more you use it. I have written and published novels in Urban Fantasy, Paranormal Romance, LGBTQIA+ fiction, LitRPG, and general fiction. I have also written several gaming books, academic articles, and essays. I encourage people to create, and to follow their joy while doing so. I have a PhD in Rhetoric and Scientific & Technical Communication, spent more than a decade teaching writing at the college level, and have worked as a developmental editor for years.
Rhetoric matters because they hold a PhD in it and combined it with teaching writing at the college level for over a decade.

Autism matters to Joe because navigating life undiagnosed and labeled with a 'made up condition' shaped Joe's understanding of self and the impact of stigma.
LitRPG matters to Joe because it offers deeper thinking beyond hack-and-slash and explores the universality of game-like systems.
Philosophy matters to Joe because of a passion for bridging the gap between Philosophy and Rhetoric, completing the major twice and pursuing an MA.
