I lost myself completely when I became a mom, and I already didn't feel worthy before that.
Not taking care of yourself first means you show up for your kids resentful and running on empty.
Kids are watching everything, so how I treat myself teaches them how to treat themselves.
Being a mom is a gift, but it doesn't mean I stop being a person too.
Honestly, I grew up thinking I was ugly and not good enough — those were just stories I kept telling myself.
Everything I've gone through matters if I choose to see it that way.
Self-confidence is what keeps me moving toward the life I actually want.
Pickleball hits different — exercise, fun, and being outside all at once.
