Thabble, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our") operates Matters.com and its associated services, including JuniorGolfRanking.com, SelfSettings.com, Afluencer.com, and PitchPodcasts.com (collectively, the "Services"). Your Matters.com account may be used to sign in to multiple Services operated by Thabble, LLC. When you use your Matters.com credentials to access a Service, your account information (such as name, email, and profile data) may be shared across those Services to provide a seamless experience.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: service providers who help us operate the Services (such as payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics tools); AI providers as described in Section 5; and law enforcement or government agencies when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may also retain certain information as required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
