For years, I've poured my heart and soul into building my Life/Mindset coaching business. It's been a journey fueled by a profound desire to uplift and empower others, especially women who may be struggling to break free from their own limitations. I'm a firm believer that our mindset can redefine our lives, and that conviction was crystallized during a time that challenged me to my core. After a life-altering incident near my home in NYC, I found myself in a hospital, nursing home, and rehabilitation facility following a stroke. It was a dark time, but within that darkness, I found a light. A light that compelled me to rise above the pain, to rewrite my narrative, and to reframe my mindset. My experience taught me the extraordinary power of resilience and the ability to transform adversity into purpose. My journey has led me to a deep understanding: my story isn't just mine. It's a beacon of hope for others who might be grappling with their own challenges. I've come to realize that sharing my story can inspire others to conquer their obstacles, reshape their thoughts, and embrace their potential. I genuinely believe that my path, albeit one of pain and struggle, has illuminated my true purpose. My mission in life has evolved into becoming a Life/Mindset Coach for those who are searching for a way out of their darkness.
