I am a NLP Find your inner strength Life coach who works with moms/women dealing with High conflict personalities. I also am trained in Reiki (Master Certified), hypnosis, EFT Tapping, breathwork, etc. I believe that certain modalities help temporarily but the life coaching is something tha will help moms/women live a more self fulfilling life with boundaries as well as peace within one self. I had dealt with several different types of high conflict personalities in the work setting, personal relationships, and family setting.
