I'm Andrew Thoe, creator of NorViK Sessions, a music project built around personal growth, resilience, healthy relationships, and overcoming anxiety and negative thinking. By day, I'm a sign technician in Central Texas, spending long hours alone on the road between service calls. Over time, I realized how much the negativity I consumed through music, media, and my own thoughts was affecting my mindset. I went searching for music that encouraged hope, gratitude, personal responsibility, and emotional resilience, but I struggled to find enough of it. So I started writing my own. NorViK Sessions was born from the belief that the messages we repeatedly hear become the thoughts we repeatedly think. I write songs designed to help people navigate anxiety, overthinking, uncertainty, relationship challenges, self-doubt, and personal growth. My goal is simple: create music that leaves people feeling stronger, more hopeful, and more capable than they did before they pressed play. I write all of the lyrics and use AI-assisted music production to bring the songs to life, creating a unique intersection of creativity, technology, mindset, and mental wellness. Topics I enjoy discussing include anxiety and overthinking, personal growth, relationships, mindset, resilience, the impact of media on mental health, creativity, AI-assisted music creation, and building meaningful projects from personal struggles.
