I’m Bianca Lysette, a business acquirer, operator, and founder of Lysette Acquisitions. I acquire established companies, strengthen their teams and systems, and grow them into valuable assets that do not rely on the owner to manage every detail. I’ve also built a business acquisition model specifically for professional athletes who want to turn the money they earn during their careers into lasting ownership. I help athletes acquire profitable businesses that already have customers, revenue, and infrastructure in place. They can step into an active ownership role or own the company while I oversee its operations and growth. I’m not teaching this from the sidelines. I actively acquire, operate, and grow businesses myself. My work gives athletes a smarter way to build cash flow, create generational wealth, and ensure their success continues long after the game is over.

Living alone, having a dog around just makes the place feel less empty.
I keep a library at home and reread books I've already read — staying a student is just part of how I operate.
I fully automated most of my business with AI, and that's what actually got me to seven figures.
Fitness, discipline, money — I see all of those as connected, not separate things.
You have to actually believe you deserve the money, or you'll walk in and take whatever they offer.
I deliberately cut time with people who were fine with just getting by, even close friends and family.
I started showing up to meetups even as an introvert, just to be near people headed somewhere I wanted to go.
Once I hit a certain level, I had to remind myself not to act like I already knew everything.
I watched my mom work multiple jobs and still struggle, so I knew a paycheck wasn't enough.
I watched my mom work multiple jobs and still struggle, so I knew I had to find another way.
Once I started making real money, I had to remind myself I still had a lot to learn.
I had to cut ties with some close people because their mindset was pulling me back down.
You have to tie your asking price to what you actually believe you're worth — that mindset shows up in negotiations.
Fitness isn't separate from business or money for me — it's all the same discipline.
I reread books I already know because the reminder still matters.
I'm introverted, but I still forced myself to sit in rooms with people who were already where I wanted to be.
AI is what actually got me to seven figures — I automated most of the work.
